INTRODUCTION
Corporate sectors has a huge need to connect with society and they are having a huge
potentials to deliver benefits to society by their acts. Each and every company use CSR
(corporate social responsibilities) to provide social benefits (Gido, Clements and Clements,
2014). CSR activities are having a huge need of management which can be possible by using
project plan and Gantt chart, this report is having based on Waitrose which is supermarket chain.
Cited company wants to improve health and safety of their employees by which they can
generate more better work. This report will have aims and objectives of company with CSR,
after this, it will provide a proper project management plan which is essential for this project. To
divide this project in to several parts Work Break Down structure will help to company which is
described under this project. To analyse effectiveness of CSR for employees it will make a
research with appropriate methods e.g. qualitative and quantitative. At the last of this report, it
will analyse data by using thematic analysis and provide recommendations for cited company.

P1 Aims and objectives of project-management

Objectives: Company wants to be more responsible towards to their stakeholders and mainly for
their employees because they can be successful in the grocery market on the basis of workers
support in achieving their business goals (Serra and Kunc, 2015). This Projects is having some
specific objective with this CSR projects which are mentioned under these points:
Waitrose wants to improve it's market share by increasing their potentials of their
employees of workings, so they are having specifics objective to achieve 7% market
share at the end of year of 2017.
Analyse where company can make a change in to working conditions to improve working
capabilities of co workers. Company wants to improve their sales by 4% at the end of the year 2017.
Aims of the company in this project:
Waitrose is having aim to increase their sales by making ethical changes in working
conditions which can motivates their employees to work in a more better way.

P2 Project management plan
It is essential for the company to manage this project, as the organisation is having huge
structure so it is essential for them to keep align all activities by allocating appropriate budget,
times and specifications of the project among their employees. Project management plan is a
document which is approved by the higher authority of the management which can help to
manager to implement their CSR project in to actual conditions (Nasrullah and Rahim, 2014).
Here is a project management plan for cited company by which they can execute this CSR
project in a better manner which can help to them to attain their aims and objectives easily;
Cost: As company is having different stores in the market and it is essential for them to keep all
of them align to implement these CSR activities. So Waitrose is having huge need of finance, as
they are having a objective of betterment of working conditions by which their employees can
feel more better in working time in company. So they have to make changes in the internal
environment of company. So on the basis of previous CSR projects in the same, higher
management can assume that it can take a cost £50000 to implement effective changes in to
company.
Scope: These all changes has to be done in the internal environment of the company by which

working in particular supermarket. But as company will use ethical and moral values in this
