Wal-Mart is one of the biggest chains of retailers in UK founded by Sam Walton in 1962; now it
serves their services worldwide. The objective of organization is to buy products in bulk to
consumers and increase profitability and productivity. Wal-Mart is an online retail organisation,
and it operates in various segments on a national and international level. The job position which
is described in this project is Assistant manager of Wal-Mart. It is a management position in
which the role of employee is to resolve the issues or complaints of customers and multitasking.
The location of job is Wal-Mart UK, and a total number of vacancies is 3 and work culture of the
organisation is friendly and comfortable. Company provide bonus on occasions and incentives
