production process of the orgaization. They are as follows-

of economic rules and regualtion in the industry
Comany is facing some issues regarding the benefits they give to their

the proper utilization of McKinsey 7-S Framework Model, the
management can cultivate the holistic development process of the
organization. This model will help the organization to evaluate the
effectiveness of the structure, systems, strategies, staffs, styles, skills
and values of the organization in the develpment process of the
organization. Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model will help the organization to
facilitate change i the development process of the organization.

potentiality to counter the cons of the production process of the
