organisation which has developed their own standards and policies in their business which are to
be adopted by employees of company. Management of Walmart needs to work with their
policies and standards in order to resolve these issues and also follow different regulation in
market.
Professional Concern: Professionalism is important in different corporate offices in order to
maintain a border with seniors and colleagues. This professionalism is focus on interest of
organisation should be put forward over personal interest of a person. In reference of Walmart,
managers of company needs to maintain professionalism at workplace and should not provide
these information to third person for their personal benefit (Zhu and Kouhizadeh, 2019). It is
important for them to follow all code of conduct and policies of their organisation while person
and also should ignore their personal issues with any person in organisation while dealing with
employees. It is important in order to improve efficiency of employees and also allow company
to service to their customers in effective manner. It is essential for managers of company to
handle to information system of company in manner which create positive impact over
performance of their employees.

CONCLUSION
From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that it is important for a company to
manage information and data as it will helps them for purpose of attainment of their goals
effectively. It is also important for an organisation as it helps them for solving various problems
occur at organisation. There is increasing use of technologies and different software at workplace
which is important in order to improve their efficiency. It provide various advantage and
disadvantage of it for company as it improve their efficiency and productivity but increase threat
for them by increasing cost, threat for security training to employees and others.
