UK is considered as one of the best country to start a business but this methodology gets
changed on June 23rd 2016, when Britain voted to leave the European Union (Wright and et.al.,
2016). It is been analysed that development of Brexit provided a major impact on both small and
large organisations. It is found that many organisations decided on exit their business in Britain, it is
because free trade in both goods and services across the European Union are set to change with the
free movement of employees as well. Thus, this report will articulate the impact of Brexit on
Warehouse Carephone Ltd.

It is been analysed that Brexit has provided major impact on businesses across the world. It
is not only about the entities who has the business established in UK, infect it is affected the
business of multinational entities as well who has its subsidiaries in UK's economy. However, not
all the businesses have affected in the same way nor they are equally able to influence the
negotiation position of government (Kierzenkowski and et.al., 2016). There are various obstacles
which have been identified to an effective regional lobbying strategies on Brexit. It is also analysed
that large entities and manufacturers are actively putting their arrangements in order to conduct the
business in Europe. Many of the organisation has set up their estimation of how Brexit might affect
the economy of UK which is for the longer duration of work. It is also been analysed that Brexit
will affect the companies financially too. It is because, leaving EU already provided an impact on
the finance sector which is both in Britain and abroad.
Its major impact is also developed in different term where having the right people in right
job is also a concern for the entities (Dhingra and et.al., 2016). It is been analysed that entities
mainly have the two third Scottish small firms and their concern is that they would not be able to
recruit the enough skilled employees in the next few years because EU leaving UK. Right now,
Businesses in UK can recruit whoever they want from which is also from the EU as well which is

Brexit did not have provided any impact on business of the companies and their business is as usual
as it was. Infect, entities has achieved a higher growth during this period and also to establish

development of Brexit. Its CEO have said that the revenue growth of the company is impressive and
it is more than compared to past performance. Business of Carphone's gets increases in UK, Nordic
and southern European markets. The group market share of entity also gets risen up across the
board and potentially lucrative expansion into the US market has just kicked off. CEO also have
said that no employee would lose their jobs and staff will further be offered good position at their
new merged store which they will open near current workplace.
