Introduction
Jack Greig and Daniel Cox run an auto-parts business in Australia for past few years.
They are very experienced in this business. The warehouse is running on a system of the
warehouse management s but the information system is unable to manage the highly dynamic
processes. The progressive procedures are very essential for moving and storing their
inventory at very dynamic efficiency and minimum cost (Accorsi, Manzini & Maranesi,
2014). This study focuses on the developing a fresh management system of the management
of warehouse, which will be included the functionality of warehouse processing and the
advantages of transforming the warehouse management. This report highlights on the
function of the system, benefits and capabilities of the new management system.
Problems
There may be some challenges of the management system transformation. The
challenges can be are as follows:
Accuracy of Warehouse Inventory
The major problem of warehouse management is to keep accurate data of inventory
items. The challenges can depend on the time factors. This can occur because of insufficient
management system training.
Efficient Layout of Warehouse
The right layout needs to suit with the specific operation and their work flows (Lam et
al., 2015). Every business should make a decision on the needs so that the products can be
accessible in the management system of warehouse.

Benefits
Using the management system of the warehouse management the company can get
many benefits. It will reduce the complexity and the cost. The cost of the labor will also
reduce and the flexibility, responsiveness and accuracy will be improved. The system will
minimize the errors at the time of picking orders and the shipment of the products. It provides
better customers service and the worker cost will be very less (Richards, 2017). The real time
data of the warehouse management is managed by the management system. It will also
monitor and the control the activities in the warehouse such as order, shipping, receipt, stock
record and so on. It provides an improved tracking and control system of the inventory and
the stock and provides alarming technique of the handle issue of the inventory process and
stock (Giannikas et al., 2013). This system will automatically generate the purchase order and
the receipt. It will reduce the level of the staff and hires temporary employee for high season.
Conclusion
This can be concluded by the study that the system of management of the warehouse
needs to be analyzed for improving the system. The organization should analyze the
execution of the software and the benefits of the management system of the warehouse. The
information system provides the optimization during shipping of the products and the
