Goals Accomplishment
I hold an experience of approximately three years in the IT and Finance sectors. I have earned a
solid experience in all these years, gaining information and knowledge, which has facilitated me
with growth, both professionally and personally. But, from the past one year, there is a sense of
stagnation, which has erupted in me, thus, creating an inner fire, to work on my skills, along with
revamping my present for a better future. Therefore, I decided to pursue an MBA course at
Warwick Business School (WBS). Some of the short and long-term goals that I have set for
myself and the WBS will help me in achieving them are –
 I want to become a prominent leader in my field.
 With the sighted economic crisis approaching us, I want to make a massive contribution
that will help in managing the economic crisis in a better way.
 I want to use my IT knowledge and increase the level of innovation in the organization I
will be working in the future.
 I want to venture into entrepreneurship.
 The biggest goal that I have set for myself is to attain humongous personal growth and
development. This will elevate my confidence and will improve my skills, which will
offer me immense job satisfaction in the future.
These are some of the goals that I have set for myself, which I plan to accomplish in the next five
years. The MBA offered by the WBS is the first stepping stone towards my path of goals
accomplished. The course will offer me –

 The course will help me in developing and enhancing my leadership traits. The MBA
course will offer me with various opportunities that will help me in showcasing and
improving my integrated leadership skills. This will prepare me to lead and manage my
entrepreneurial goal, making me a prominent leader in my field.
 I want to create a mark in the IT and Finance sectors. With this course, my
entrepreneurship will be enhanced massively, as the course will make me an expert in my
area, by offering me opportunities for self-development.
 The most important attribute that I will build and improve through the course is my
creative thinking skills and innovation standards. From the analytical skills to the
traditional skills, the significance of innovation is in every aspect, which this course will
offer me.
Thus, helping me accomplish my goals, along with offering bigger opportunities for
development.
Top Strategic Experiences
My work experience of three years has served me with various opportunities that helped me to
exhibit my skills. Along with offering me with immense confidence, as I excelled in those
situations, due to my skills. Some of them are –
 I am a qualified and certified SAP PI/PO consultant. It is due to this skill of mine that I
have exhibited a high standard of skills for Tax and Revenue Management while working
for Capgemini UK.
 Some of my skills liked problem-solving, conflict resolution, excellent communication,
and people management. It is due to these skills that at Capgemini I was able to solve
various issues and problems, which could have affected the deadline for some crucial

tasks. Due to my problem-solving skills and effective communication, I was able to
identify the issues in advance and thus, resolved them effectively. Furthermore, due to
my people management skills, I was able to handle the conflicts between the crucial
people effectively.
 Some of my other skills include knowledge and understanding of Java, C, Python,
SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, HTML 5, MATLAB, SharePoint, and MS Excel. It is due to
this immense knowledge and experience in the IT sector, that at Capgemini, I automated
the system maintenance procedure, which is conducted daily. I developed a better system.
My training with the SAP SE ® in SAP JAVA Process Orchestration- BIT500 helped me
a lot too.
 Also, while working for Capgemini, I was trained with SAP ABAP on HANA. It is due
to these skills that I was able to manage more than 1000+ jobs daily. Furthermore, it is
due to this skill that my proficiency in the SAP ECC system was extremely high. Thus,
helping in effectively managing the SOAP Manager Configuration.
Additional Details
The WBS is the top educational institution in the United Kingdom and ranks at 24 in the world.
The knowledge, experience, and opportunities offered by this institution is of an extremely high
standard. Due to this and the expertise which this institution offer, the MBA course is very
expensive. Furthermore, there many other additional expenses like project expenses, which I do
not want to compromise on. Therefore, attaining a scholarship for this MBA is paramount for
me. In addition to this, I have a very tight budget these days, therefore, I literally cannot afford
the course on my own. It is due to all these different reasons, which highlight that the only option
I have to attain this MBA degree is through scholarship. For all my professional and personal

development, this degree is going to be a stepping stone, which I need to accomplish anyhow.
The scholarship will reduce my financial stress, during my course period and also, in the future
too.
