and recycle it. Roman can organize meets-up with local and govt. authorities to know about
water issue and solutions to reduce its consumption and wastage. Roman can organize
competition amongst employees to get the idea of re-use, recycle and resell. Roman can convince
his company head to install some of the toilet and tap utility as demo and see if it is giving good
ROI. Roman can tell stakeholder requirement to use rainwater harvesting over rooftop,
rainwater-to-potable systems and sensors to reduce dependency on water source for electricity.
They can also go into market and tell various vendors about use of napkins and tissue more
instead of water3.

The market of Central Coast is very huge and the tasty products. By analyzing the market it has
been found that the climate of the Central coast changes very fast and there is less rainfall in the
region and due to that there is a water shortage in the area. There are some of the good suppliers
in the areas who supplier water services in the areas that are:-
 Heritage Water Tanks- The tanks of heritage is known for catching more rains as the
collection system of the rainwater that collects roof water and 22% of water can be saved.
 Central Coast Water Tanks- with the consultation with the central coast water tanks that
provides the ways to make the suitable tanks for us. The company can take help with the
rebate schemes of the state and local government and forms5.
 Bushmans- The Company provides tanker that provides with guarantee. The tanks had
been manufactured with High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) that provides excellent
chemical resistance.

The ratio decided will make the work smoother and accurate and will be easy in calculations.

important but this is the actual mistake because if the cost if the cost is high profit will be less
than decided and its bad for business, so Roman need to be aware of this and should work on
ascertaining it which will benefit in present as well as future.
Proper management of accounts – For an appraisal accounting, it needs to be perfect as much as
it can be. All the rules should be followed and all guidelines should be remembered. If any fault
is done in following accounting principles or any policy then the problems will arise. So if not

and accounting standards and this need to be undertaken by the Roman for his business
operations.
Accuracy – All the methods and process should be done with accuracy. The accounting of
accounts needs to be done in proper system of double accounting because accuracy is important
for profit to be ascertained. If any mistake is done in this then all the results will be mistaken and
can cause a heavy loss to the business.
All the above mentioned issues are common for every business but play an important role. So a
proper awareness needs to be there who is operating business and work according to the needs
and day to day changing environment. The dynamic environment brings opportunity but also a
risk comes with it in joint so proper understanding of environment is also a necessary component
for the business.

The “whole life considerations” means the systematic consideration of all relevant costs and
revenues associated with the acquisition and ownership of an asset. While developing a business
all the cost incurred in initial and till now is measured and the lowest one of them is preferred for
future. This consideration is very detailed and also a longest method but also an appropriate for
the business to run. In this all the costs are measured and this includes fixed cost, variable cost,
an opportunity cost and many more. Also for this a proper source and full details of every
operation is required and for same qualified professional to which will carry all the measures
needed to be done. A proper strategy needs to be there which can make the method easy and can
minimize the cost and work in accordance of that strategy only.
All the cost is compared with the rest one and calculates the income coming from it and which
the best income with minimum cost is chosen for the future. The benefit of this is to optimize
cost of an asset, analyze the most cost effective investment decision and to make it run for the
upcoming time, also establishes operation and maintenance cost, and to provide a sustainable
management with a agenda of maintaining a high profile in today’s economy. This initiates the
employees to work in a team and also the appraisals are provided for the best work so all

The contract is done by two or more parties which form an agreement and then it comes in
enforcement of law. So for the contract or law to be called legally valid a business manager
should operate it according to the provided guidelines and rules. The contract done by Roman
with the other party will include the essentials of a legal binding contract and they are – an
agreement needs to be there which cannot be unilateral, a consideration, capacity to enter in legal
relations, intention of parties, certainty is must. All this essentials form a binding and legal
contract which Roman also done for its trade practices. The local Government makes policy for
the business to conduct their activities in which they detail each and everything and also if
someone breaks or does not follow then punishment is also there.
The business is setup but viewing all the ingredients like facilities, trade practices can be
conducted; laws can be followed, easily available of resources and many more. Also Roman took
these ingredients under a proper care and set plans which will help in economy’s growth to. The
