Overview of Organisation
 Water For People is a non-profit global
development organization in the rural areas of
the developing countries. They work to have
more accessibility to drinkable water and
facilities of sanitation.
 The mission statement of the organization is to
promote high-quality drinking water and
services of sanitation accessible to all and also
sustained by businesses, strong communities
and governments.
 The organization is working to achieve the
United Nation’s 6th Sustainable development
goal that is the availability of sanitation and
clean water. This will help in monitoring of the
facilities for fresh water for human health
betterment. They try and notify the challenges
faced due to nonexistent and sub optimal
water and sanitation facilities across the less
developed countries.
 The company operates currently in nine
countries globally. These are Honduras,
Nicaragua, Bolivia, Guatemala, Malawi,
Uganda, India and Peru.
Contribution to the Common Good
 World Water Corps volunteers the programs
of water for people that provides
professional support to improve the
sanitation and quality and accessibility of
drinkable water in less developed countries.
 They assist the rural governments,
businesses, schools, and household in
emptying safety tanks, wells, toilets and
installing pumps which helps in improvement
in the sanitation and water system in global
market.
 They also collaborate with rural members
and institutions for ensuring the availability
of containers of sanitary napkins and other
sanitary services.
 They raise funds for selling drinking water
around the world.

 With the help of my interpersonal skills, I can
help the organization by negotiating with
individuals and institutions.
 The decision-making skills can also enhance the
performance of the organization.
