The project aims to strengthen the capacity of the National Directorate of Environment (DINAMA) by monitoring wastewater and river water, compiling and analyzing data, and enforcing relevant activities. The project is divided into four phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Key skills developed include communication, time management, and leadership. The team emphasizes cooperation, coordination, and interdependence, and the individual's role involved execution activities and researching impacts of water pollution and mitigation strategies.
