Work based learning is the strategy which provide individual the real-life experience as

business, so this become vital for the person to overcome the problems effectively. Work bases

different forms of skills (Ahmad and et., al., 2020). The present report is bases upon the logistic
Organization Ltd which provide parcel services on the behalf of Amazon. Company was
incorporated in 2015 and its office is in Stansted road England. Apart from this the report covers
the detail aspect of future career roles and personal and professional training require to achieve
desire aims and objective. Beside this it also covers about the different problems occur in the
organization and what remedies were taken to remove the problem effectively. However proper
plan is made which help in increasing the motivation of employees as to bring out effective
result. At last different tool and recommendation are used to manage and control the activities
effectively.

The future career role I have decided while working for the company is Business
executive because in my previous company, I used to deal with the delivering parcel and to
handle the situation effectively. My assigned role was to manage as well as control the all the
business effectively which help to meet the company standard. My career will be very much
effective as the executive as this will assist me to derive better understanding and help me to
make my career brighter in future. In order to become expert for my career there must be proper
skills and training is need which help me in future career and also able to handle all kind of
situation more effectively. In this market competition have become intense which and should
able to overcome all the problems with the assistance of personal and professional training
effectively. Here is some training which are require for the specific role are explained briefly
down below:
Personal and Professional training:
Leadership training: For the better career in Business Executive this is essential for me
to have effective leadership training which help me to become successful in the career. The
company demands for those people who have leadership skills and person who shows initiative
in each and every task. Beside this also aid me to figure out the problems and solve in the given
time frame. During working in my previous company, I identify that leadership is vital to
encourage and motivates employees and superior to accomplish desire aims and objective in the
well define manner.
Time management training: To become an effective Business executive this is vital to
have time management training as this help me to manage the time in a proper manner. As to
make sure the work is done on time as per the planned this is very essential to have proper time

this help in motivating different staff members and colleagues in the organization. This also help
me to manage all the works which are related to my assigned role in the efficacious manner.
Interpersonal training: In order to become successful Business executive this is
essential to have interpersonal skills to meet the day to day activities of the company. The main
role of executive to handle the business activities of the company and meet different client,
executive and other members who are associated with the company. hence this essential for me
to have proper interpersonal training to achieve desire aims and goals in the proper manner.
However, all these skills are essential to overcome all the problems and aid in brining out the
effective result.

manage all the work by own. In order to meet the requirement of the company I used to read the
company manual which help me to provide insight regarding the work and I use get idea how to
manage and use the work effectively. Beside this, I use to take feedbacks from the senior and
make changes in my work to overcome those problems. Apart from this, I used to study
professional magazines as to gain the information about the famous personality that how they
manage their work effectively and how they use to gain success in life.
