The project plan encompasses requirements specification, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance, utilizing resources such as a project manager, business analyst, development lead, developers, QA lead, and test engineers. Technical requirements include PHP, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL, and DNS load balancing. Deliverables consist of a web application, GPS tracking module, documentation, and product training, guided by a Gantt chart and milestones. The QA plan involves various testing activities, including unit, system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, using tools like HP Load Runner and Quick Test Professional. A detailed risk management plan is presented, covering risk identification, analysis, treatment, control, monitoring, and reporting, with mitigation strategies based on risk severity.
