Information and communication technology has covered huge place in the today's world
as it provide accession to collect informative data from telecommunication mediums. These
medium includes internet, web conferencing, cell phone and many others. In the present business
world, ICT have huge scope as it has provided a range of communication abilities. This report
will tell about the how the the web conferencing providers are different from each other and how
it is beneficial for the business. Moreover, the skills required to execute the online research and
the challenges faced in the online research will be defined.

Web Conferencing refers to an online service which is used by the company to hold live
meetings, training, presentation, and conferencing with the help of internet. It allows the
companies to communicate with various people from different locations (Bloom and et. al.,
2014) Other, the company which is providing these services are known as Web Conferencing
Providers. There are various provides such as GoToMeeting, Lifesize, ezTalks etc. who are
providing telecommunication mediums for operating the business activities effectively. Here are

more suitable for the small companies as in this method limited people can take participation.

other due to which it contains higher significance in the business. The most powerful feature of

about classroom interface and and hold other required classed without taking burden of

For operating any kind of activity within the business is essential that the managers and
employees have appropriate skills so that the organisational goals and objectives can be achieve
in a specific period of time. As the success of the business depend on the effective research if the
research activity will do appropriately then the organisation will able to meet the customers
requirements and needs effectively which results higher success and growth of the company.
Some of the skills which are required to conduct a research are defined below:
Knowledge about different resources: It is most important skill which must have in the
researcher as it is related to the knowledge about all the resources which are useful in conducting
research(Wandke, Sengpiel and Sönksen, 2012). It is essential for the company to focus on the
easy access to the internet, easy availability of the data through various websites and many other
elements. So that they will be able to gain the knowledge from all the aspects and can conduct
their research activity accordingly.
Ability to use networks: For completing their research effectively they must have the
capability about that how they can use the various networking sites to gather the data or
information. For collecting the information about all the factors which are related to the
customers, market segments etc. they should use the social networking sites. This will provide
huge benefits to the company as it will give them the knowledge about every aspect.
Capabilities to use advance search techniques: The success of the organisation is
depend on that how they are using the advance search techniques in order to accomplish the
organisational goals. It is essential for the researcher to have knowledge about the keywords so
that they will be able to collect more accurate information on time. Also they should use the
effective technique of communication so that they can easily communicate with their employees
and can motivate them to use new techniques and methods in their processes which results easily

people, capital and other so that the organisational goals and objectives can be attain within span
of time. The topic should be readable for everyone so that the interest of the everyone within the
organisation can be maintain which results higher success of the business.
Choosing the right methodologies: While operating the research activities a researcher
have the challenges of that which methodology is perfect for accomplishing their work
efficiently. As there are two type of research methodologies which includes quantitative research
methodology and qualitative research methodology. Researcher needs to choose that
methodology which is perfect for their project. As in the qualitative method they are focussing
on the quality of the products and other quantitative method consider the quantity of the product
rather than the quality(Almerich and et. al., 2016).
Dealing with the data: The researcher must have the knowledge about to deal with their
collected data or information. Researcher needs to utilize their collected data according to the
each activity purpose so that they will be able to reduce the errors, confidence limits and many
other conflicts within the organisation. It will help them to imply data according to the project
needs so the desired outcomes can be achieved in a specific duration.
Satisfaction: It is not necessary that collected data by researcher will satisfied the needs
of researcher or other people in the organisation. It is the great challenge for the researcher to
satisfy its needs and requirements by collected data. For this, researcher needs to adopt effective
techniques and take feedbacks from everyone so that the limitations of the research activities can
be eliminated. For becoming the successful in the research activity a researcher should focus on
the satisfied their employees needs so that they will motivate towards achieving the
