because of which it has become essential for every individual to develop the technical skills. In
context of present digital world, it is very much important for people to develop the knowledge

The report will include the comparison between two different conference provider.
Study will emphasizes on analysing the application as well as suitability of web conferencing
for business. It will also highlights the skills required for performing online research.

In present digital world, there are many soft wares are available which can be utilised by
companies for facilitating communication. Firm can made comparison between web service
providers in order to find the suitable communication software. Companies can make
comparison between different web conferencing service provider in terms of price, suitability
etc. It Is very much essential for companies to evaluate the security, intuitiveness, customer
support and back up. The two web conferencing providers are hangout and Skype. Both
hangout and Skype provide the enterprise grade security (Google Hangouts vs Skype:Which One
Is Better, 2019 ). In addition to this, Hangout and Skype has HD quality video. These both web
conferencing providers provide screen sharing capabilities. But the still there is slight difference
between both the web conferencing providers.
Google hangout is basically an application which are particularly designed for use by an
individual (Walker, Bowkett and Duchaine, 2018.). But it can also provide various benefits to
business. On the other hand, Skype is basically a application which provides an individual with
free calling services. In other words it enables free calling between subscribers.
The other major difference between the two is that google hangouts can be accessed by
utilising the mobile applications, Gmail, browser plug-in, google + and hangout websites. In
addition to this, Skype can be accesses using mobile application and Google +.

compatible with other devices as well as google application. Whereas , Skype offers low cost

features of Skype are it allows people to transfer file. In addition to this, its also enables business

conduct the research is that it is essential to maintain the quality , safety of the research. As it is

very important to gather information which is of high quality and also it is important to focus on
every detail of the research (Lakhal and Khechine, 2016).

There are many challenges which are faced by the researchers in conducting the online research

very important to plan the research in the systematic manner. The next challenge is to select the
right topic as research topic plays a crucial role in the research as it also act as the biggest
challenge to the researcher and also it is important to determine the resources and time which
will help to conduct the research (Reddy and et.al., 2019) .
