Analysis: The results from the survey will be analyzed on demographic and statistical basis. The
reason of satisfaction on the services received or reason of dissatisfaction, the elements to be
incorporated in the website and data about improvement in customer services will undergo
statistical analysis on Excel spreadsheet.
Report: Right after the statistical analysis, a report will be generated and our experts will help
you in taking a decision regarding the needs of your business and website.
