INTRODUCTION
Learning contract is the process in which individual person anticipated level of different
learning that students are aiming to achieve. As like the present report, individual wants to
become a Web Developer for that, he/she needs to make a proper plan to accomplish their own
learning contract on the basis of some set skill or knowledge based programme. Learning
contract will explain in the study by some following steps such as set aims and objectives,
focusing, justification, methods, timetable, and evidence of accomplishments.
SECTION 2
1. Overall aim of the project
Aims of this present learning contract is to become a web developer. In order to become
web developer, Individual need to adopt some major learning goals and workshops to enhance
the skills and knowledge in particular area. Apart from that, build a portfolio of evidence using
range of methodologies and activities. The main learning outcomes in order to that, individual
needs to set initial goals and knowledge to build up the new material growth. Overall, it brings
new management targets and adopting in the best initial learning goals. Evaluate the
effectiveness of preparation and planning to undertake the prior to the engagement with
simulation exercises(Anderson, Boud and Sampson, 2014).
Objective of this learning contract is to enhance the learning styles, Gallup and
communication styles etc.
2. To develop personal skills and professional skills.
Personal Skills
In order to accomplish the goal and objective Individual needs to develop
communication skills, some effective learning outcomes and long lasting results. Such as he/She
needs to learn effective communication way to make clear communication goals. Listen carefully
what other person wants to say or express. Another personal skill that person needs to learn is
teamwork, which is the most effective and significant personal skills. This process will help to
motivate the high growth learning goals and objectives. Teamwork helps to build make new
friends, or make good project team, developers need to work well with others to be
successful(DeMarzo and Sannikov, 2016).

The other set of personal skills that need to be develop is better decision making. Good
decision making is going to allow an individual to make required decision in both personal and
professional places. Good decision making also allows an individual to make sure that he/she
understands the importance of decisions in life and makes them accordingly as per the
condition(Helyer, 2015).
Professional Skills
Professional skills to become a Web developer is to learn HTML/CSS it is very important
for web developer to learn the basic understanding if coding and markup language. Another
professional skill that should learned by the web developer is Java Script. This is more necessary
or required skill in Web developer.
The other professional skills include better researching. Researching allows an individual
to research the required knowledge and information properly. Good researching skills make one
able to learn things more effectively. Along with it, it allows an individual to make sure better
learning and understanding is taking place as per the individuals desires and needs.
Critical thinking is another important professional skill. Critical thinking allows an
individual to think deeper and properly on the required topics and discussion. Also, such skills
helps one to evaluate the importance of decisions made, occurring risks and any other important
factors where decision making plays an important role in the workplace(Cunningham, 2017).

1. Importance of skills or knowledge to accomplish the project goals.
As per the above section, discussed the required professional or personal skill for become
web developer. In this section, discuss the importance of professional or personal skills.
Such as Communication, and team building knowledge is very much necessary to
achieve the learning contract. In order to develop the deep understanding and goals. Web
developer needs to have the knowledge of HTML or Java script. This will help to recontinue the
goals and objective.
To take part in learning contract, it is very beneficial for me to enhance my negotiation
skills or some great strategies or resources for which these goals can be met. Learning contract

Personal development covers activities which helps to develop talent, enhance quality
and contribute to achieve dreams and aspirations. App & EB based projects will help to develop
potential, application skills, graphic using techniques and help to increase academic knowledge
such as creating and deploying Java and others, this development will help to achieve future
goals. This project will create a self awareness, a sense of direction in applications, improve
focus and effectiveness which will be required in future so this topic is very important or
personal development(Kurtulmus and Daniel, 2018).
3. Benefit of experience
This experience will beneficial for me in my career growth. Through this experience i can
achieve my future goals. This experience will create a pool of opportunities for me which helps
me to decide my career and set a path for this. This will provide me a opportunity for finding a
better workplace as well as helps to take knowledge about demand and expectations of working
world. This will help to increase my confidence, knowledge, skills of application as a developer
for long run. This knowledge helps to increase self esteem and empowerment in future(Balan,
Clark and Restall, 2015).

SWOT: This is a strategic planning technique which helps to identify strength, weakness,
threat and opportunity. It is simple but powerful task for developing skills and knowledge. When
I will do swot I identify my weaknesses and threats from external environment. SWOT is a
activity in which my strength and opportunity will identify which helps to make strong part
strongest and these things give a chance in future to me for achieve my targets. And other aspect
which will be identifies is weakness and threat which are weak points of mine by development
and improvement in these fields I can make my weak points to strengths.
Skill Grid: Skill grid is a matrix which helps to supervisors and managers to evaluate
skills that are present to become a app developer and other than this skills that are required for
the position. This is an important matrix because this will be useful in assess current
competencies and future requirement for the position. This digital platform will useful for me to

bridge the gap between a candidate to a app developer. Through this I can identify that what
other skills are required to meet with future goals and can develop those skills(Dill, 2017).
2. SWOT and Skill Grid helps to Achieve aim of project and own objective:
Skill Grid will identify my present skills which helps to set objective as well as it will
identify requirement of project through which I will get all information about the project that
what else I have to learn. The aim of this project will be making a candidate to a developer and
this matrix will find the abilities which I will develop to achieve the aim of project.
SWOT analysis will clear the threats and weakness of mine in which I will improve and
make them my strengths according to my objective. This project help me to develop skills. These
