Introduction:
Aim: To develop decision making, communication integrated, knowledge of the realistic
project and problem-solving skills.
Project Design Implementation and Evaluation is a team approach that developed an
online project with Instructional design, media production, content development, website
service development and Project Leader learning technology. Here, we have designed
a report on hotel website PDIE.
In the first section, we will propose two proposals for the current website. We will also
create an estimated idea resource allocation and grant chart.
In the Second section, we will explain project management cycle for the implantation
plan. Website design outcome will be analysed by the logbook and user feedback.
In the third section, we will project evaluation techniques such as pert analysis, and
SDLC cycles. Resource allocation and grant chart will be representing the out of the
website that will be analysis systematic recording and GAP analysis.
In the fourth section, we will project phase for the website design outcomes and website
specification. Further, we will explain project evaluation and presented the graph on the
website design.

The objective of the project:
Exmouth view hotel primary objective is providing the excellent service and best product
quality which satisfied the customer. Then increase the volume of the customer which
helps the enhance the hotel business. Hotel staff Satisfaction is necessary for the
website. The hotel wants to maximise profit with customer satisfaction.
Risks:
Here, we have defined the Risk that may be faced during web designed.
The website may be providing lack of enterprise search product with content
faceting which makes designer loosed of time and money.
The website may be loosed the traffic on the server which impacted the SEO of
the website.
Payment gateway hacked by the third party which may affect the customer
sensitive data (McInnis, 2015).
Constraints of the project:

Here, we have explained the Constraints of Exmouth view hotel website.
Website GUI: Website GUI is not good. There are no proper linking between the
webpage, used the less image for the information and Image are blur and
provide the less information.
Payment Gateway: Website has no payment gateway for the online payment.
The user cannot pay through PayPal, visa, and master card etc.
Communication system: User cannot communicate with the hotel directly so
they are not able to solve their problem.
Login System: Website has no login system for the user. The user feels
difficulty to access the website. They cannot access the service and product of
the website (Gardner, 2009).
Successfully Completion:
After the completion of the project, hotel website provides the online payment system
(pay the online), Login process (easy access the project), chatbot (for the customer)
and enhanced the Website GUI.

Recommendation:
According to user feedback, there are needs following recommendation for the
website:
Payment gateway should be designed for online payment. Hotel website
should be developed for a secure payment system for their customers.
The Chatbot is needed for the customers’ communication. It is a virtual
way to communicate with the customer and get their requirements and
feedbacks.
Hotel GUI is not at the time so there need to improve the GUI through
designed the navigation, provide the suitable image which gives proper
info about hotel service and product.
The customer wants a login process on the hotel website. The login
process helps easy access to the website. Login process also needs the
database.
Total Cost:
Hotel PDIE project estimated cost £ 18,500.00 for the designed the payment
gateway (need for the secure online payment process), Website GUI (need
image which gives the proper info about), Login process (for user login process)
and chatbot (communication with the user in a virtual way).
Possible Financial Benefit
Increase the Customer: Online process access by the global community
which enhanced the hotel business. It also established the market value of
the hotel. Hotel website makes visible the hotel on the worldwide that
increase the customer of the hotel.
