Scope Change Management Plan
There may be certain changes that may come up in the project scope. The management of
these changes in the scope will be managed in a series of phases and steps as listed and
described below.
Change Initiation: All the changes related with the project scope will be identified and
the change request related with the change will be developed. These change requests
will be submitted to the Project Manager and the project management board and will
be approved or rejected after review.

be successful.
Plan Modification Rules
The Project Scope Management Plan shall be uploaded on the SharePoint location after it is
approved. Any of the changes and modifications in the Project Scope Management Plan shall
be made only by the Project Manager. The Project Manager shall make the changes and get
them approved from the senior project management and control board. The version control
shall be included in the document accordingly.
