Project Objectives: The main objective of the organization is to create a website for the
bachelor students of applied management so that they can be able to find internship,
different types of industry project as well as opportunities for future employment.
Main Project Success Criteria: It is found that if the NorthTec organization can be able
to develop proper website for the bachelor students of management science so that they
can be able to get proper opportunity of finding internship as well as opportunities related
with future employment then the project can be considered successful. In addition to this,
if the entire projects get properly executed within the assumed time and budget then it
can be analyzed that the project will be successful.
Approach: It is found that agile project management approach is mainly used for
creating a website for NorthTec. It is found that agile helps in providing a number of
opportunities to the stakeholders as well as team management during the entire life of the
cycle. In addition to this, it helps in providing a unique opportunity for the clients so that
they get involved within the project. Moreover, as the team of the project stay focused on
the delivery date of the project therefore there is an opportunity to constantly refining as
well as reprioritizing the project effectively.
