well as the deliverables of the project. The first and the most important benefit of utilizing WBS
is that it generally helps in preventing the work from slipping and mainly guides the project team
in a very much organized manner (Siami-Irdemoosa, Dindarloo & Sharifzadeh, 2015). In
addition to this, the project team helps in providing proper understanding about the overall plan
of the project.

3.2 Project scheduling
It is found that in order to organize as well as for completing the project in a timely,
quality as well as very much financially responsible manner, one needs to schedule the project
properly. It is found that effective project scheduling generally plays an important role in
properly ensuring the success of the project (Badewi, 2016). In order to keep the entire work of
the project on track, it is needed to set proper realistic frame for managing quality and for
decreasing the errors within the product.
3.3 Project phases
The entire work of the project is mainly categorized into different phases so that the
project can get broken down into very much smaller as well as much more digestible pieces that
further helps in managing the work by meeting deadlines (Svejvig & Andersen, 2015). It is
found that the deliverables which are mainly produced at the end of each phase are generally
helpful in meeting the purpose such that the project team members are very much prepared for
the next phase of the project.
3.4 Project priorities
It is necessary for the project manager to establish priorities for effective project
management and the steps are elaborated below:
Prioritize the project: For successfully managing the time of the project, it is needed to
prioritize the task with the help of proper sequence so that the task gets completed on time.
Storing tasks in the list: It is found that any type of shift in the priorities can generally
happen anytime and during the project progress and therefore for getting clear overview, it is
needed to store the entire list of the project task properly (Kaiser et al., 2015).
