The run sheet meticulously outlines the timeline, starting from 0700hrs with venue setup, decorator arrivals, and guest seating arrangements. It covers key moments such as the arrival of the bridal team, the ceremony, and the reception. The ceremony details include the Kabbalat Panim, Dadeken, signing of the Ketubah, the bride circling the groom, Kiddushin, Holy Communion, exchange of rings, Sheva Brachot, breaking of the glass, Yichud, and Seudat Mitzvah. Post-ceremony activities include a bridal party photo session, music, and catering. References include works on Judaism and philosophy, Jewish spaces, welcoming ceremonies, and a meditation on Derrida's 'silkworm'. This resource provides a comprehensive guide for planning and executing a culturally sensitive and well-organized wedding event.

250 People. Budget $200,000
Church ceremony & reception
Bride & Groom are in late 20s. Man is Jewish. Woman is Italian Catholic. They are not too
religious themselves, although love their cultures. A few family members on each side are pretty
religious – but understand that the B&G are not. They want a traditional wedding…but with their
own personality.
They’d like to focus more on the fun traditions of their cultures, rather than the religious. Family
and friends will mostly be local/within 2hours of the GTA. About 30 guests will be flying in
from other parts of the country. Ages will range from children to grandparents.
