INTRODUCTION
Skills are refereed as an ability and knowledge of an individual which can help to perform well
in the work activity (Müller, and Murmann, 2019). The report is illustrating the concept of
different skills which can help an individual to drive their business at successful position. It also
includes the personal development plan which will demonstrate the areas of learnings.
MAIN BODY
Week 1
Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan
to develop these skills.
In this academic session, I came to know about the personalized learning structure,
operations and environment. In week 1, I came to enhance my knowledge related to the
inner environment which leads me to increase the academic skills. During this session, I am
able to understand the importance of these activities which plays a major role to enhance
my skills and abilities (Mamlok, 2021). I am also able to capture the skills with different
sources and tools which can be very useful for me in the future period. I had learned and
developed my personalized skills by focusing on the particular subjects and manage my
working and timing to improve my areas of weak points.
Week 2

to develop these skills.
Moving ahead at week 2, in this session I understand and learned the personal development
plan which will help me to evaluate myself and can be able to understand my abilities and
areas of improvement. For the personal development I am required to evaluate myself and
from which I can increase and enhance my growth and development (Yamashita, 2020).
Along with this, during the session I understood the planning process which includes the
assessment, aim, measuring, action, implementation and evaluation in the entire procedure.
In this session, I developed my self-evaluating and personal development skills by keeping
the definite target and objectives which helps me to increase my focus level and leads me to

enhance the creativity skills and sharpen my mind.
Week 3

to develop these skills.
In week 3, I learned about the personal swot analysis which is the important part for me
even at personal level or at professionalism. By applying the personal swot, I came to
understand my strengths, abilities, weakness from which I can be able to get a valid
opportunity and will also know about the threat and risks for me in the future existence
(Arslan, and Costu, 2021). I well-educated the importance of the self-swot analysis effect
in the personal and professional life as well. I had required to enhance my analysation skills
so that I can be able to provide an effectiveness in the productivity and can be able to drive
my career at successful level.
Week 4

to develop these skills.
In week 4, I learned about the academic writing which is the important factor to understand.
During the session, my tutor discussed the strong and effective writing which will help me
in the future existence (Sobri, Bafadal, Nurabadi, and Gunawan, 2018). In the session, I had
come to know about the self-analysation from which I can be able to understand my
strengths, and weakness from where I can enhance my skills and can be able to
acknowledge the valid opportunities and threats. To evaluate my self-skills I had learned
the swot analysis from which I can evaluate myself and can improve them in effective
manner.

In the academic session, in week 5 I had learned the importance of writing skills. In these
kinds of skill, I understand its importance in my life and from writing skill I can be able to
achieve a great success in the future existence. I am able to improve my abilities and
knowledge of the particular things which helps me to acquire the great success ahead. For
improving my writing skills, I have to focus on the particular learning objective and need to
do practise (Tanrıkulu, 2021). The writing skill will help me to correct my grammatical
mistakes and increase my knowledge.

In week 6, during the academic session I had learned the referencing in academic work
which can help me to enhance and expand my career more developed and successful. In
these types of skills, I can be able to grow and develop my career at higher success as
working in the better and effective manner will lead me to invest in the definite amount of
academic writings and also reduce the risk of being at lower level. Throughout this session,
I believed that I needed to improve my academic writings which includes the referencing
and essay writing assignments which help me to convey my speech I the better quality so
that I can be able to own my career (Roldan-Valadez, Salazar-Ruiz, and et.al., 2019). For
improving his skill, I need to do regular practices and have to be an active learner so
whatever I listen carefully It will be easy for me to write in effective manner.

In the 7th week, I had come to learned about the plagiarism. Plagiarism is somethings which
an individual makes a copy of any content without asking and taking permission of its
written owner then it has been known as plagiarism (Gañan, 2020). In this session, I learned
that doing a plagiarism is a false activity and it is important to know about in the academic
writing field. To not write a content which is plagiarism, I have to use my knowledge and
abilities to write and convey any speech which will avoid the risk of getting plagued on my
particular content.

This journal should be formatively submitted for feedback, via ULearn, at the end of this
week.
In the week 8, I came to understand the academic skill where my tutor introduces the
presentation skills importance. The presentation skill plays an important role in the
academic writing and creates a valid presenting structure which will be useful for me in the

future career and development. In this session, I required to learned and develop the
presentation skills which includes referencing structure (Liardét, and Black, 2019). I had
learned that referencing he academic sources elaborates the creativity and allows the reader
to understand the valid journal and library. The referencing skill help me to identify and
avoid the plagiarism and provides me an own writing skills opportunities.
CONCLUSION
In this report. It has been concluded the different kinds of skills which can affect the
business growth and development. It has included the reflective journal for understanding the
various skill's importance in the effective manner. In addition, it also performed the personal
development plan which indicates the areas of development of an individual.
