to psychological disturbances such as stress, loneliness due to bullying and inferiority
complexes. The weight loss can reduce the health risks such as heart diseases, diabetes, blood
pressure, cholesterol and mobility issues. The overweight people are often bullied for their lower
stamina and difficulty in mobility (Ciarrochi, Harris & Bailey, 2015). The regular criticism due
to physical appearance also makes them highly vulnerable to depression. On loosing weight
people become more confident regarding their appearance and healthy living. It improves their
mental as well as physical well being.
After loosing weight people are able to handle the situation with more positivity. They
begin to follow the active and healthy lifestyle which is full of enthusiasm and energy. Another
