As we are aware of the fact that almost a
month ago our company “We Karr” decided
to publish the “moment of glory” pictures
clicked by our employees on the social
media page of the institution. The purpose of
this exercise was to motivate each other and
direct each other by setting the right kind of
example. Under the capacity of the CEO of
this prestigious institution, I Francis
McDonald, felicitate all my team members
for showing keen participation in this
program. The results of this program are

We are aware of the fact that the social
media platform created by WeKarr is a
democratic platform where we don’t censor
any information. However, a media
guideline has been issued related to the
content that can be published. Kindly go
through this media guideline as some of the
employees mistakenly published their
personal photographs on this page. Without
hampering the enthusiasm of the team, this
is a humble request of the “publishing
department” where they are underpinning
the importance of following the guidelines.

where certain members of our team violated

Although these cases are in minority
however, as a team member we should
understand the fact that the world is
watching us and this is why it is essential for

your own viewpoints. Pictures are emerging

utilize them with their best potential while
