Prepare a detailed portfolio of evidence which includes a variety of relevant documentation,
photos, examples of resources developed and must include each of the following elements:
a) An overview of mental health and wellbeing issue addressed in the project
It is found that mental health illnesses are accounting to be one of the most alarming concerns
within the future generation of the society. Being a member of a mental care workplace, I have
seen and witnessed many such cases where the youth section of the population are becoming
targets to the serious manifestation of mental health issues (Joyce et al. 2018). I am involved in
enhancing the work related stress, depression, and depression caused to the young adult section
of the Australian population. The increased workload, unreasonable deadlines, and the anxieties
to compete and become successful n this workplace world has driven this population to develop
metal health illness.
Current research regarding the issue in terms of demographics, social trends, and legal and
ethical considerations
When empirical researches are conducted upon prevalence rates of mental health illness upon the
young adults, demographic, social and legislative categories are considered.
Demographic:
The mental health illnesses are increasingly affected by the women working population than
those of men at work. It is found that women who have a family to look after along with work
life to be balanced are encountering with such mental health illness more. It is young adults
ranging from age between 21 to 29 years. Such a population is getting mostly affected with
mental illness related to work-life stress, depression in emotional fields and anxiety
manifestations.

a) Providing examples and analysis of feedback gained from stakeholders.
"I was overwhelmed to be a part of this noble cause to promote mental health by preventing
stress and anxiety outcomes," the local government authority expressed (Shonkoff, 2016).
The legal advisor stated that "Although equality and anti-discriminatory acts are included in
company policies they are not getting implemented. This is resulting in overburdening of work
pressure resulting in stress."
“I have tried to use participative roles among the youth population with mental illness so that the
stressors are freed and they are open to exploration and embrace the positive and healthy
lifestyle”, as stated by the psychologist.

b) Writing a short report reflecting on the achievements of the program
This program of Youth Healthcare Wellbeing Campaign has been a success as there were
sincere and positive contributions directed towards the establishment of a healthy environment. It
is necessary for the stakeholders to generate feedback through interview techniques so that
improvements in further plans shall be incorporated. The survey done upon the youth shall depict
the quantitative value of the improvement their lives witnessed (Werner-Seidler et al. 2017).
There were significant differences in their mental mood set and healthy adoption towards life
course among the youth of Australia. It is tried to restore the dismantled mental health outcomes
through effectual means.
Recommendations:
When further program shall be undertaken, the following recommendations shall be
required:
Engaging, collaborative contribution through consultation of efforts among each
stakeholder shall be appreciated
Rather than independently administering the effectiveness, a combined effort shall be
effectual
Opting for betterment in occupation and the home environment through different survey
analysis shall become evident.
