Wellness and Wellbeing
Wellness refers to the process of initiating activities that lead a person towards a health

The bio medical and the social model of health talks about the factors that influence a
child’s attainment of health (Black, et. al., 2017).
Social factors and media impose negative impact on the health of child they greatly
influence their mind. Social media has now become a tool for promoting many activities
in market; children being innocent get influenced for wrong things as well which impact
their health. Social factors like inequality in the environment adversely affect to the state
of the parents of a child. Discrimination in the environment makes it difficult for the
parents to provide proper nourishment to their children who lead to a major problem in
the future (Sallis, Owen, & Fisher, 2015).
Another issue is the problem of genes; children get diseases while they are born because
their parents have genes of that problem. So this is also one of the factors that influence a
child’s attainment of health. Like, if a child’s parents are handicapped then there is a
possibility that the new baby might born bodily handicapped as well.
