people include undernutrition and overnutrition common mental disorders including anxiety,
depression, suicidal tendencies, and increase suicidal death rates. Moreover, the increased
consumption of tobacco alcohol, and others such as drugs can create high risk in the individual
wellbeing. Moreover, these are some of the concerns which create the issues with the well-being
among the young people there are various factors which are especially associated with the young
people are a social factor in which due to the continuous rejection and failure can lead to creating
the depression and anxiety scenario which is above mentioned which is formulating the factor of
depressive thoughts. These are the major health concerns that can disturb create a hindrance to
the well-being of young people. These all factors are used to decrease the resilience and do not
allow the young people to generate successive thoughts and positive patterns for their life due to
this factor the decline of self-esteem and self-confidence is initiated and after a time while it is
neglected by the individual themselves (Mata-McMahon and et. al., 2019).
As per the present time, the biggest challenges which are facing by young people
nowadays is sexually transmitted infection including human immunodeficiency virus which is
also a measure of health concerns which create the hindrance and develop the resonance within
the mind of young people in which the homelessness, academic problem, and dropping out of
school is also used to create necessary factor which can disturb the resilience and well-being of
the young people. Moreover, the common problems which are associated nowadays are related
to anxiety and depression, bullying and cyberbullying, gangs, poverty, and teen pregnancy which
can create various hindrance among young people. The main reason which is associated to affect
the wellbeing in the young people are depressive factor due to the failure and economic, financial
aspect can create various complication and consequences related to the about competition and
challenges which is directly related with the young people. In this, several young people are used

to face the challenges and after the failure, they become depressed and full of anxiety which can
disturb the harmony of resilience and wellbeing (Nthomang and et. al., 2019).
Strategies/ initiative to enhance the well-being of young people
In this, the strategies which help improve the well-being among the young people depend on
the healthy diet nutritious food to support both the physical and mental development. In this, the
young people develop healthy eating habits by insisting that they eat regularly and drink plenty
of water which helps to maintain the resilience and well-being among the young people (Walsh
and et. al., 2019). There are some of the effective ways and techniques which are used by several
populations to keep themself well and full of happiness. The young people are used to maintain
their relationship by investing their proper time and used to share their thoughts and use with the
families, friends and so on. As per this, the young people must focus on their strengths and
weaknesses and after the realization of that particular strength and weakness. They must try to
overcome their weaknesses and concentrate on their strength to utilize in the optimum way to
take some benefits for their career and growth. As per the current situation, there are various
depressive factors argues to arrive to eradicate this the major step which is taken by young.
Develop creative and innovative things to keep themselves active and positive (Ottemoller and
et. al., 2019).
In this, here are some of the other ways to improve the wellbeing within the society for the
community is to connect with the peoples and make a proper and good relationship which is
important to develop the mental well-being and various physical activities. Because it is helpful
for young people to become physically active being active is not only created for physical health
but fitness which can usually give the strength for the emotional factors (Svishnikova and et. al.,
2020). In this, young people try to learn something new skills and share the knowledge which is
effective to the society while interacting and communicating with the number of populations. In
this, the major aspect to being well to keep then self away from the negative vibes and negative
people which can develop the thought of negativity. As per this, must pay attention at the present
moment to develop wellbeing and resilience. In this, there are some of the ways to increase
emotional well-being at to be aware of emotions and reaction express feelings in the appropriate
way and manage frustration and stress during any activities or any kind of event, and before
doing any work find the purpose and meaning before achieving the goal and objective (Sirgy and
et. al., 2021).
