not have any deep technical knowledge, the person should be well versed in problem solving and
also have skills in critical thinking for facing any challenges during their higher education. This
also helps in developing their communications during the lectures as well as helps to develop the
listening skills also helps to be focused on the particular subject they are studying. Now in the

Wilkinson, 2019). But sometimes mental health is being avoidable, this results in stigma and
social exclusion because this made harder for employee to deal with the mental health problems,
due to excess work pressure for managing their work they can not go for their monthly check-ups
to the hospitals and also can't do participate in their communities programmes, even sometimes
they also can't meet with their close family members and spend their time with them.
So, in professional life the work life balance has the high priority for the individual
because the employees does not give the proper attention to their health and work equally.

Recently the peoples have seen the number of initiatives have taken by the government, and also
by some business related to the charity have raise awareness of the mental health problems and
to help the peoples who are going through the mental health problems because they can return to
their employment. But sometimes the organisation unable to understand the problems of the
employees in this situation what activities can refresh their minds and at what time they are
giving some space to their employees for their well being. Due to this reason many people have
to take unpaid off because they can't manage their work properly and also because of they are
affected by severe health problems, these health problems can reduce with providing the
employees the flexibility in their working hours and locations and try to help them by providing
the reasonable change in the standard working provisions.
So, the employees can choose this option when they have to take for sick-off and also in
during some emergency (Feeney, 2018). And also this has been proven that people if provided
this flexible working hour can help them to restore their energy and and get back to their work
with more energy and fresh mind. This also helps to improve their quality of their work, but
some of them are thinking that being absent from their work would not being a good idea and
this would not helpful for them, some of the employees wants the enjoyment in their work
because they have some issues that they can't handle pressure and also they can't take leaves so
for that type of employees and their well being, the organisation have to find some alternatives,
so that they can enjoy their work as well as they do not need to take off. The mental health
problems can cause the peoples job retention because they are suffering from the metal-ill health,
they are unable to sustain there employment more than 12 months, and also there are the number
of peoples who are facing the health problems but doing their job because for the survival of
their family. But the outcome is the study is there are many organisations not thinking about the
well well being of their employees, they only think about how the employee can get completed
their work on the given deadline because if they can not complete this results loss of their
companies (Keinänen, Ursin, and Nissinen 2018). And also some of the peoples have the great
attachments from the labour market and their paid employment, and also many of the employees
telling stories about their continuous employment from over 20 to 30 years.
There were also being observed that some of the peoples are feeling that their condition
of the work has become the most compromising due to their imbalance of mental health
problems, and also some employee are thinking that this will give them the opportunity for
