INTRODUCTION
In this Assignment, the site is created for a gym. This site is being based on HTML and CSS
with some dash of a JavaScript to make the looking over smoother for the vast majority of the
web browser and PHP, MySQL for handling the server side requests. The website have various
functions which also includes login features and administrative features to provide a complete
professional outlook in the industry.

This is the main homepage where features and short description is added for the customers to
have a quick overview of the gym features.

This is the about page where a brief description of the gym and what the gym is offering is
showed for the customer to know about the gym.

Figure 3 Contact Us Page
This is the contact page where a form, contact details and map is given. The form is for the
customers if they want to submit any queries regarding the gym, the contact details for directly
contacting the gym and the map to easily locate the gym.

Sports is one of the services of the gym and this is the sports page which shows the description
of the activities that are done in the gym.

This is page is for to tell the customers about the personal training services. This page shows the
activities that are done in the personal training sessions in the gym.

This is the login popup modal. This can be opened anywhere in the website which makes it
convenient of the customer to login whenever they want.

This is the register page. The new users can create their accounts by filling their information and
then login to enjoy privilege booking options.

This is the booking page after login. Here the customer can book their sessions according to the
services that are mentioned on the right side of the form.

This is the booking records page for the customers. The customer can see how many, when,
where and which booking he/she has done. And if not satisfied by the bookings, the customer
can delete the booking by clicking the delete button under the Action heading and delete the
respective booking.
