INTRODUCTION
Project management is being defined as the system which assists the company in
implementing a project for attaining a specific objective. It is very necessary for companies to
effectively implement the project management steps in order to complete the working efficiency
and attaining the objective of the project. The current study is based on Wendy, which is a fast
food chain selling ice cream, shake, breakfast, hot dog and other things. In addition to this the
major project which will be focused in the report is location based analytics which will assist
Wendy in finding the best way for the new site. Along with this another project which will be
used within the current report is the use of AI that is artificial intelligence within the
transformation of business. The current report will outline the scope of the project and the
various leadership styles being used along with the project management methodology for
completion of the project in better than effective manner.

Currently the company is dealing in selling fast food like ice creams, shakes, breakfast,

Wendy, the effective use of team working must be focused. This is pertaining to the fact that
when the work will be done in team then it will be improving the overall efficiency of the project
and its successful implementation. For this Wendy undertakes the use of Tuckman team
development theory so that team is being formulated in proper and effective manner (Pan and
Zhang, 2021). This model assist in framing an effective team and in case team will be effective
then automatically the working capacity of employees will be improved and project objectives
will be attained. This model involves 5 different stages that is forming, storming, norming,
performing and adjourning. When all these steps are being used and complied in proper manner
then the working and implementation of project is automatically improved.
Democratising the project
In order to effectively run the project it is necessary for company to democratises the
project in better and effective manner. The reason underlying this fact is that when the project
will be completed by keeping in mind the democratic principle then the working will be effective

With the above both the projects I learn that there are many different challenges which
are being faced in managing the business. Major challenge which i encountered while managing
these project was the issue relating to budget. The budget was very limited and it was very tough
to manage both the projects within that limited budget (Thesing, Feldmann and Burchardt, 2021).
Thus this assisted me in improving my efficiency relating to managing the budget and the scares
