This project focuses on the construction of a warehouse facility for Wesfarmers, a large Australian company, to address their storage needs due to expansion. The project outlines the design considerations for future loading docks, truck space, and parking. It identifies key stakeholders including the project manager, planner, supervisor, architect, workers, suppliers, civil engineer, machine operator, and financial manager. The project objectives include constructing the building, providing warehouse facilities, and resolving storage issues. Key milestones include the completion of the initiation, planning, design, construction, and closure phases. Deliverables consist of design drawings, technical interpretations, site investigation reports, and progress reports. The project also identifies potential risks like budget misestimation, lack of predictability, inexperienced project managers, and improper material quality, along with change management strategies. Status reports are generated and discussed monthly, weekly, and daily to track progress.
