organization in this paper is Wesfarmers that works in an Australian market. This business works
in chemical, fertilizers, coal mining and industrial products. The company mainly relates to
safety and business products. The company need to use different management functions to
manage the overall business in an appropriate manner.
The paper includes the overall description of the management style used by Wesfarmers
to improve business growth in the market. As it has been determined that the Wesfarmers adopts
