INTRODUCTION
The working environment of an organization depends upon the organizational
structure and culture followed by an organization. In Australia, Wesfarmers has been
listed among the largest organizations of the country. It was developed as the
Western Australian farmer's cooperative. It is headquartered in Western Australia. It
involves operations such as home enhancement and outdoor living. It also supplied
the general merchandise and industrial divisions providing the energy, fertilizers, and
chemicals. It has a total of 490,000 employees. The major objective of this
organization is to provide satisfactory returns to its shareholders (Collings et al.,
2017).
The aim of defining this report is to evaluate the strategies and procedures applied to
the organizational structure of Wesfarmers. In addition to this, the report also aims to
determine the theories applied to improve the overall development and growth of an
organization. It helps in providing a brief description of the main concepts implied
over the working structure of an organization (Collings et al., 2017).

DISCUSSION
Trompenaar’s seven dimensions of culture model in Wes farmer Organization
On analyzing the organizational culture of Wes farmer, it has been found that the
current position of we farmer is due to the global financial recession that threatened
to grind up its operations to halt. This has been stopped by providing an effective
organizational culture.
The Trompenaar’s seven-dimension model helps in defining the cross-cultural
communication implied over the general framework of an organization. The major
seven elements defined over wes farmer are:
In terms of defining relations to others
1. Universalism versus particularism
It helps in determining the obligations based over the social and the personal
obligations defined within the Wesfarmers
2. Individualism versus collectivism
It helps in determining the personal and the group goals of an organization as

In we farmer, the overall working and strategy of an organization named as the Wes
farmer is dependent upon the type of leadership followed and implied in an
organization. The transformational leadership is defined as the type of leadership
improving the motivation level of the leaders and workers working in an organization.
It helps in providing the changes based on the growth and development of an
organization. The leaders of the wes farmers help in increasing the motivation level
among the employees of an organization. It affects the overall organizational cross-
culture of an organization (Waddington et al., 2018).
