satisfied with the job because of the weak review of their performance. The research found that
moral judgment will help the employees to know their performance and help them to do
improvement.
According to Stănescu (2015), performance management is used for the continuous improvement
methodology because it is the integration of all the business activities. For better performance
management, the management should prepare a performance appraisal by knowing all the
objective and goals of the organisation and by using all the available tools and techniques like
KPI measurement tool for the organisation.
Methodology
For conducting this research, the mixed research methodology is used which is the integrated
method of both the qualitative and the quantitative approach. In this type of research method, the
researcher will collect all the relevant data related to the topic of the research, and after that, the
collected data is combined and try to get the findings. After that from collected data, a result is
determined by both qualitative and quantitative approach (Östlund, et al., 2011). The qualitative
part of the research is done by conducting group discussions or interviews. But for the
quantitative part, the data is collected with the help of conducting surveys. The surveys can be
conducted by online, paper or preparing a questionnaire through which the opinions and the
views of the participants can be known by countering a particular industry. Here, the retail
industry is chosen for the mixed research method. The mixed methodology will help in
conducting efficient research data.
A secondary source of data
For conducting the research, the data can be collected through the pdf and the research journals
which are related to the performance appraisal of the organisation. Also, the research articles can
be used for collecting and analysing data. The various websites also provide data about the
performance appraisal. The bank statements of the organisation can also be used for the research.
