services to its financial consumers. One such leading banks in Australia is Westpac bank that is
known for offering the best services to its consumers from the past two centuries. The bank has
been working on its customer satisfaction in the best manner thus leading improved services. The
bank has 1204 branches and 3222 ATMs through which its offers financial and insurance,
mortgage, customer banking, investment banking and other important services (Chhatoi, 2019).
The bank has been located in most prominent countries and continents that include New Zealand,
Pacific region , Australia and Asia. The total number of employees that work in the company are
40 that offers services to 14 million customers across the globe. The Company operates on its
bold and unique visions of becoming one of the best financial services providers on the globe
(Chhatoi, 2019).
One of the greatest strengths of the company is its highly dedicated employees who work
dedicatedly to achieve the vision in bets manner possible manner. The high productivity of the
employees of the company made it possible to become one of the most profitable banks on its
consumer segments generates the revenue of $9million (Jaber & Mohammad, 2016). The four
divisions of the company made it possible to achieve the goals in the most effective manner. The
segments of the Westpac banks are Consumer segment, corporate segments, banking sector and
investment banking. Among the segments, the most profitable of them are consumer segment as
it provides the best services to its consumers in the area of deposits, insurance, and lending. The
corporate banking and investment banking is the second most profitable segment that earns the
revenues of $8 million annually. The profitability of these specific sectors had made the bank
highly profitable in operation (Chhatoi, 2019).
