business. However, interviewee holds lots of
positive vibe is coming from him/ her. The
set time duration for interview was perfect to
crack it.
The weak point was that interviewee was
lacking behind in knowledge in certain area.
As well as was quite nervous while facing
back to back question. Whereas, interview
questions was not clear in tone.
CONCLUSION
From the above it can be concluded that stakeholder plays a vital role in the expansion of
business across the globe. Sponsor, customers, suppliers etc. are some of the example of
stakeholders in the open market. It directly assist the organization to flourish in the internal
market. Without stakeholders in the neck to neck competition business can not grow and
maximize profit at a large scale. Whereas, self audit skill is prepared so that skills and
competences can be prepared accordingly. Various tactics are adopted so that improvements can
be done respectively. Also, performance development plan is designed so that individual can
figure out their strengths and weaknesses and find ways to overcome this weak skills. Moreover,
positive and negative aspect of interview process are studied in order to make modification
respectively.
