up with the fast paced techniques and environments in which they are working. The present
report is based on Whirlpool organisation which was relatively unaffected by the great
depression during world war 2, its factories were converted to armament production. The
company launched a range of home laundry products inducing wringer and automatic washers,
dryers and irons. In this present report desired knowledge and behaviours that are required to
fulfil the HR satisfaction. Along with this comparison of unique learning and requirement of
continuous learning &professional development are reviewed.
P1 Demand of professional learning, behaviours, and methods in the department by HR
professionals
Human resource section is the main department and its a main support of the
organisation. With the help of Human resource management the company can recruit employees
on the basis of skill & knowledge of employee with concern to the whirlpool organisation. HR
team observes the behaviour of the employee and also had sense to recruit the eligible employee

complete the task in professional way. Skill is the most important part for a HRP as skills needed
are the one should better communication skill. HRP should be proficient, prompt in the work.
They should be active, good speaking with the good sensitivity of listening. They had ability
making decision and also ability to recruit the best employees should be of high thinking,
judging power and should be honest to the workplace. They should have knowledge of
mathematics, accounting, system evaluation etc. HRP should be self oriented towards the work
and the betterment of whirlpool organisation.
Behaviour -
Behavioural factor is the main part in the HR professional to identify their nature and the
quality of a person. So in this profession oner should have much of the qualities as such
leadership, coordination of team, having creative mind, honest and oriented towards the
objective. HRP should also has ability to manage multi tasks of the orgasnisation. Flexibility in
the workplace and can apply much effort to achieve the objective goal. They should have the
creative mind to generate new ideas and could answer to the queries of the management. This
profession need integrity and stress tolerance for the burden of work given. They should have
skill make professional way to achieve the company goals.

in Microsoft office word, using the internet, write reports, interviewing, team handling. They are
very good in use date base, excel spreadsheet, power point, e-mail, drafting contracts of
employment, resolving disputes complaints, advising on HR issues and problem solving skills.
Though employees are good writing reports, disciplinary hearings but does not have experience
in production of material to support training and adequate presentation. Its all are the positive
points and negative points found by the auditor in HR professional. Hr professional tasks are
hiring people, manage the entire employees, provide best services to them, but some time they
are not able to handle this entire situation. So compnay decided that they will do audit once in a
year and they find about their weaknesses and strength, further they start the activities for the
improvements.
