organizations need to do is regarding health of the employee in an organization. As it has been
highlighted that most of the objective of WHS is regarding safety of employee in an
organization. As organization has to make sure that they used to measure the health of the
employee in an organization. This can be done in the organization by introducing variety of
different type of test for employee who used to check the health status of employee in an
organization. At the same time organization also require to have different recording tool in the
organization through which organization can measure the health of employee on regular basis.
Also organization is require to have different sort of resources in the organization through which
different health risk can be reduced in an organization. Also, organization requires adopting
different employment health policy in working environment.
KPI setting
Employee retention rate: Organization has to set the amount of employee retention
organization is looking to do in the organization. As it has been identified from the objective that
they are looking to build good working environment in which employee are healthy and can
