INTRODUCTION
Work healthy and safety policy is consist of various rules and regulations which company
should follow to avoid any fatal incident while working (Fisher, Squires and Woodley, 2016).
For this report, Le Prestige Hotel will be taken for discussion. Ways through which
communication is conducted between colleagues are discussed with functional example.
Training need analysis and its benefit to the employees and company will be explained. At last
cost, which will be incurred to provide TNA to employees will be scrutinized.
MAIN BODY
PART A
1. Audio file: Good Morning Jennifer, Hope you are having a great day at work. I visited your
hotel recently and found out some inadequacies which are affecting the hotel goodwill in the
mind of customers. My name is XXX and wants to convey problems which customers are facing
in your hotel and how it could be resolve without wasting any time. There are different types of
issues which is still unresolved like due to heavy rain, walls are getting damp which is
deteriorating the interiors of hotel. Beside this, it brings crack in the wall which makes the hotel
unsafe for customers and staff. Moreover, if any person is in rush then they might get slipped due
to slippery floor resulting in fatal after effects. So its my request to you to kindly consider my
request and try to solve this problem as soon as possible.
2. Steps for solving the issue
First step: Drop a reminder message to Jennifer.
Second step: After few days, again drop a message to know the status.
Third step: Write a mail to their senior regarding problems that have been reported
earlier and complains about the unwanted behaviour of Jennifer.
