Audit Report
From the audit report it is see that, in the college premises, all the physical hazards are
well identified . However, there is lack in identifying the chemical hazards that are related to the
chemistry laboratory of the college. Along with this, it is seen in the audit report that, there is not
enough number of fire extinguisher in the college premises and all the students are not aware of
the fact of WHS regulations. It is seen that, negligence in assessing the chemical hazards has
cause an adverse event in the chemistry laboratory and after that college has started to encourage
the use of personal protective devices. After assessing the hazards, it can be suggested that,
more fire extinguisher should be kept in the college premises and meetings should be arranged in
order to increase the awareness among the students. As a result, they will use the personal
protective devices and this will reduce the risk of accidents due to chemical hazards in the
