Health and safety is one of the most important thing in the workplace, every business
organization have to follow Health and Safety Act 1974. This act state that business must ensure
the safety of worker mainly who deal in manufacturing and production unit where the risk is
very high. When the business have practice of follow every guideline provided by WHS Act
then they reduce the risk in the workplace and remain safe from any uncertainty that could cause
serious problem and even loss of life. In this report we will discuss Workplace health and safety
within workplace in the business organization.

The aims off health and safety at workplace is to assure and maintains health of people
by deriving positive impact (Pearson, Horton and Akroyd, 2021). By reducing problems that
cause injuries, diseases and other issues that impact on health of people. In order to this, by
assuring health of peoples and emphasize in positive manner results better outcome. It aims is to
maintains health and security of employees by providing safety at workplace.

effective manner. By emphasizing OHS legislation and laws in respective manner by facilitating
WHS act effectively on workplace. As their objective is to derives positive outcome for people
by maintaining their health properly (Xu, Zhang and Hudson, 2021). Through maintains health
and well-being of people respectively by implying proper health of employees and staff
members effectively. The main objectives is to provide facilities to many people who work in
organization by taking care of their health in efficient manner without facing any inconvenience.

The WHS act states that to assure lives of people by taking care of them effectively by
deriving employees security related to health and safety at workplace. As this helps in
emphasizing effective role by welfare provisions for members at workplace through maintaining
