A proper set of the rule must have been provided for following each and every rules and
regulation related to the working area. Proper consultancy is very important when an employee
or in some case in labor, a manager or a supervisor and even a higher authority also, highly
disturbed from safety as well as security-related issues and health care problems also. In the
industry different amount of problems can happen on daily basis so to get rid of those
problematic situations few steps needed to be followed at first, those few steps are as follows - at
first proper problems about security and health care have to be identified because without proper
identification the process of resolving can be undone. So, as a result, identification is very
important in every case(Bluff, 2019). After the process of identifying proper planning and
program is made to solve that problem or if that problem is very difficult then help should be
taken from different consultancy services about that specific matter(Brooks and et al, 2019).
Following the footsteps of the previous decision, one or more than one person should be hired
for watching the exact environment for or labors related to health care and security and at last the
most important of them all is to provide irrelevant data and training program with the help of
professional mentor because in this case mentoring is a very important prospect in terms of
growing any sort of industry.
Mentors or coaches will provide an extra amount of care to their respective industry and as well
as their goal and more importantly each and every employee of that respective corporate and
about there not only safety and security related procedures as well as with the health care but
also special rules to avoid various injuries in the industry(Brooks and et al, 2019). Special
procedures which have to be followed by the employees and as well as few tricks to handle
emergency situations also, all of the things have to be taught in the training assembly by
professional mentors and as well as various working kinds of stuff. This whole process can be
done either in a small group or individually but there is every possible chance to arrange this
program into smaller groups because that would be better not only for the company who is
arranged such kind of program but also for each and every employee all labor or any kind of

manager or supervisor and even in some specific cases higher authorities also can be included in
this special program(Brooks and et al, 2019). Each and every planning and program must be
written in a clear format by which it will be a lot easier to understand at the time of
representation for all employees in the working area. Everyone must have a clear idea about their
role in the company and even if any e third party started handling the work and most importantly
every rules and regulation must be accessed by everybody, in this case, those set of rules can be
uploaded into the respective web page of that company. There are several companies where
groups are needed for consulting and make each and every employee understand new rules and
regulations, which will definitely help them in terms of adaptability. In terms of managing
different kinds of problems, proper regulations must have to maintained by each and every
employee and the mentor should have to understand the employees about new rules and
regulations(Bluff, 2019). If any difficult situation comes, the labors must have to co-operate with
higher authorities for safety and security-related procedures. So, as a result, it can be said that it
is very necessary to maintain those principles related to health care and security or safety for the
human being at that respective industry as well.
Task 2 - Report about an incident which caused a serious injury
This type of incidental cases should be accompanied with an Incident or Injury Report Form,
so that the care mediators may be fully aware of the different types of the cases that are being
taking place in the original part of the incident. This type of report should consist of the patients
personal details, particulars about the residential status, details of the incident or the injury,
including the time, place, details of the injury and the treatment that was administered thereby.
These type of hazards can be avoided with the help of a properly organised and structured
training program. This program will include :

A few days back labor named as David has got a heavy amount of injury in both of two legs
while working in the manufacturing area in front of the conveyor belt two days back. who is
currently working in this respective company for the last 11 years(Regan and Fettell, 2017). So
as a matter of fact it can be said that, being an experienced guy in this field of manufacturing unit
getting this kind of trouble is not a great thing because if in that place any inexperienced
employee has got the accident, then it will be no problem as because that person is not so
experienced not only about the environment in the industry as well as those machines which are
all time working in that respective industry but in case of David the matter of fact is completely
different, as they are very experienced and as well as very professional in their respective work
and also very efficient worker too from the last 11 years(Regan and Fettell, 2017). So, as a result,
it can be said that being an experienced as well as very professional employee in this field
getting this type of injury is not acceptable, so here the point is, the main problem had arrived at
that moment was from the machine not from that respective victim who is injured. That person is
currently hospitalized in a very reputed nursing Home nearby and the situation of that respected
victim is not so good because currently, that respective person named as David is in the ICU
section and also fighting in a coma with death for last one and half days or so. The doctor who is
currently in charge of David has told that the condition of the patient is not so good and the
chance of improvement is very less. The doctors have also told that the patient is not conscious
for the last 12 hours(Bluff, 2019). So the company has the responsibility to stand on the side of
the patient and provide all kinds of support to them as because all of the incidents have happened
while working in the industry. so, as a result, the company should have to take the responsibility
of that the respective person in their upcoming future. There also several causes like as working
in the company for last 11 years, they should be treated as a permanent employee also and the
last month salary received by them is more or less about less than 700 US dollars in a week and
that person is a very important member in the industry.
Importance of the Training Program :
A properly designed training program would have considerably reduced the impact and the
importance of such a disaster.
