In the era of rapid development, the possession of effective leadership has become the
indispensable need for any individual or entrepreneur. It is the prerequisite to get successful in
the respective area of working. Leadership is the quality to assemble the group of people and
letting them the process of accomplishing goals and desired targets. There are many attributes
that are required to be possessed by the leader to lead the people more effectively. From my
experiences I have gained an insight to make the people work and fulfil the objectives set. I have
always believed that I am having the potential and needed capabilities to process the activity of
leading others in the proper manner. Leadership is the holistic framework that inculcates into it
different elements and components that makes the person effective leader. It is the system in
which people are willing agreeing to flow the person in process of pursuing given set of activities
with the aim to achieve success. Leadership is more of the practical skill rather than the
acquisition of knowledge and information about the different aspects associated with it. In that
regard I can well interpret that along with the possession of theoretical knowledge related to it , I
have the practical experience of leading others. From the knowledge point of view I have
imbibed the scientific approaches related to the use of leadership that is I have the in depth
knowledge about the different theories of leadership used in varied situation and circumstances.
Further, my prior experiences has enabled me to articulate the information from the surrounding.
At the time when I have attained the formal education, I have supervised may groups and teams
in seminars and conferences. It has enabled me to learn the self assessment and identification of
strengths and weakness of the other group members. This quality is the fundamental requirement
for the leader to implement the tasks and works. Along with this other qualities' which are
required by the leader are the strong charisma that makes the other group members to follow and
assist them willingly. I have always been appreciated by the senior authorities for possessing this
particular trait. Further, in order to make the team work and delegate the different objectives set
by the group as a whole it is imperative to have the good communication skills. Being the student
of recognized school, I have attained the proficiency in the verbal and written communication
which makes me efficient in delegating the tasks and duties to the different group members as
per the need and requirements. Due to this trait possessed by me I am better able to state the
goals and targets to the group members which further drives them towards the accomplishment
of goals and objectives. There are many times when the grup feel depressed and demotivated

about the work assigned to them. In that regard due to immense positivity, I have the ability to
motivate the other group members to remain dedicated about their work and tasks assigned. The
basis aim of the group is to maintain the growth and development in the most consistent manner.
For that it is essential to take risk and bring alteration in the process. From my prior experiences
in my work place, I have learned the skill and imbibed in me the trait to take risk and bring
innovation in the processing in the groups. It has always been found that risk taking attitudes
have been the greatest trait to be possessed by a leader. This trait have been imbibed by me while
working at the work place that has taught me to take risk at the right place. Further, one of the
crucial requirement in the quality of a leader is the team building skills. It refers to the trait
which makes the leader to assemble the people having different strengths and capabilities to
accomplish the targets and objectives. I have been acknowledged at every stage of learning and
working while supervising the subordinates and other juniors, that I can well manage the team. I
have the ability to identify the strengths and capabilities in an individual and assign them the
work accordingly to derive the optimum level of results and outcomes from them. Lastly, ethical
considerations and leaderships are the inexplicable part of a single coin. I well understand the
fact that group religiously follow the leader in all respect, hence I maintain the integrity and
honestly towards my work and goals. It will enable the members of my team to associate and
consolidate with other by maintaining ethical grounds.
