INTRODUCTION
Portfolio research is the assembled work which has the purpose of meeting the quality of
academic achievements which its is able to achieve through support and facilities offered in
Waltham International College. This component will also produce recommendations of the ways
of improving through reflection.
MAIN BODY
Support and facilities provided by Waltham International College
Waltham International College supports the students in many ways through impacting
their success. It can be said that via offering a suite students are able to rely on their management
learning. This college is able bring strong lifestyle practices for the students which is able to
establish the students in better surroundings which is able to have fun while studying with us.
Apart from the general facilities this educational institute is able to provide the students a
lot of language support which can be very different with regard to the things they have learnt at
school or college. The language support provided by this college is helpful for the immigrant
students which are here to study academic English in the ways they understand (Al-Sheeb,
Hamouda and Abdella, 2018).
The health benefits provided by this college has been given proper insights for helping
the learners to have healthy experience with proper assistance. This practice from the college is
considered to be the factor which fulfils the basic needs of the organization and has the potential
of attracting more students as they feel safer.
Library resources are the resources that provides the students with a wide range of access
towards the books, journals articles and also other specialists. This is support which helps the
learners to gain information and data that is considered to be very effective in the management of
the academical performance of the learners. These facilities are give to the students for 24 hours
access which is helpful for handling the support and training.
This educational institution also gives proper focus on the mental health and well-being
of the student. It has been seen that the experiences of the individuals which are struggling are
given advises to regard the ways in which they can find support from the counsellor if required.
These services which are provided by the learners which are considered to face mental health
issues through prior appointments.

Proper attention has been given to the learners in the commitment of equality and
diversity which is considered to be the factor which influences the learning community in the
organization. It can be said that the lack of diversity in the student and the staff population does
impacts the learning outcomes of the students (Shaiwale, 2021). This is the reason which is
considered to be the one which impacts the students and staff populations.
Waltham International College also has different facilities related to IT. In these facilities
the organization is providing its students with very Hi-speed dedicated internet. It can be said
that the students which are at the campus are able to avail free Wi-Fi and hotspots. There are IT
experts in this organization which help in the training and also improve the experiences of
learning through the effective and innovative means of learning (Adhikary and et.al., 2018).
Alongside all these facilities and features the organization also has 24×7 teaching facilities. This
is considered to be the effective factor in the interactive system of learning that is ideal for the
students which are not able to learn at once about their information.
The most important services which are provided by the college to its students are related
to development of courses and guidance that helps in the development of their future career. The
learners are provided proper assessment which is able to recognize their potential careers which
they want to pursue. This department of the institution also helps the students find part-time jobs
for giving them the support they need during the study period.
Recommendations
There are ways in which the institution can be improved for supporting the learners.
There are certainly some factors which it needs to act on so that it can actually engage with the
students. It can be said that the identification of the sources or areas which are causing
dissatisfaction in the learning experiences can also impact the students support and services. It
can be said that the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the organization is considered to be the
extent at which the student is able to enjoy all the aspects of the campus life (Rossini and et.al.,
2021). For the identification of such areas of dissatisfaction surveys and students feedback will
be a very essential way of influencing better support to the learners.
It will be important for this educational institute to engage with the students as they
provide academic support and engagement to the students through improving on the passing
rates, reduction withdrawals and enhancing retention. The collaboration of the students and their
connection is considered to be the messaging services of the academical activities which can

enhance the learning experiences of the students. Waltham International College this college can
focus on streamlining all its process together which can track the students activities which help
in administrative and academic processes across campuses.
It is important for the minimization of the time for accessing the services which is able to
locate student services that can decrease the waiting times and improve the quality of expertise
of staff toward the creation of ticket system which would help in the elimination of the queues
and saving time (Noor and Tanzil, 2020). Other than this implementation of new technology like
AI and Sensors can also be a way of influencing the better learning practices in the educational
institution. Mobile application can also be made for the students to support their learning
technically.
CONCLUSION
From the above project its has been concluded that Waltham International College has
very decent facilities and support that acts in the organization. This project highlights how these
support from this institution so effective for the students learning. Proper recommendations has
