This case study analysis examines classroom management practices in a middle school setting, comparing and contrasting two case studies to identify changes and trends in student behavior. The analysis delves into the causes of behavioral issues, including the influence of social media and potential sexual abuse, while highlighting the shift from addressing issues directly with parents to implementing awareness campaigns and preventative measures. The study explores the effectiveness of strict policies and the importance of understanding students' needs. Recommendations include parental involvement, the use of proximity, motivational speeches, and activities to foster positive engagement. The conclusion emphasizes the collaborative role of teachers and students in creating a healthy classroom environment and suggests that implementing these recommendations can help to mitigate negative classroom dynamics. The paper follows APA 6th edition guidelines and is based on the textbook "Principles of Classroom Management: A Professional Decision-making Model" by Levin and Nolan (2014).

Introduction
In order to ensuring mental as well as physical growth of individuals, classroom
management practices play an influential role. The purpose of this study is to critically analyze
the comparison between the case one and case two. Based on the analysis, the changes have been
identified. At the end of this study, improvement recommendations have been provided.
Identification of changes
Analyzing both the case studies, it has been identified that behavioral changes have been
identified. In the first case analysis, it has been identified that behavioral issue and vulgar
language from the students have created negative environment in the class room. However, in
the second case study analysis, it is clearly shown that behavior of the individuals in the
classroom has been changed. The major change between first and second analysis is in the first
analysis, it has been mentioned that the behavioral issue of the child has been directly informed
to their parents. However, in the second analysis, the major cause behind the behavioral issues
have been identified and awareness suggestion has been recommended.
The punishment polices, which have been introduced against the vulgar language have
played an effective role. Based on the analysis, negative impact of social media has been
considered as the important role in case of bringing the negative impact on behavioral
characteristics of the students. In the second case analysis, sexual issues have been repeatedly
highlighted. The homosexual behavior among the students has influenced the sexual issues
(Levin & Nolan, 2014). Bad content on the internet has not only driven the behavioral risks, but
also it has influenced sexually transmitted diseases. The major change, which has been identified
by me in the second analysis is here the significance of increasing awareness regarding the

sexually transmitted diseases have been highlighted, so that the sexual abusive issues can be
avoided. It has been analyzed by me that in order to avoid the unhealthy class environment as
well as sexual abuse, introduction of different campaigns have been suggested. The importance
of introducing policies against abusive language have been mentioned in the analysis.
Findings
In both the case analysis, it has been identified that behavioral challenges have become
the major concern in the classroom environment. With the increasing uses of abusive languages
in the class room, it has become tough for the teachers to handle the situation and bring the
individuals in the right track. By continuing this it can be said that sexual abuse in the middle
school, not only influencing the unhealthy classroom environment, but also it is driving the
negative growth of the individuals (Glock 2016). Based on the analysis, it can be clearly mention
that in order to avoid the disappointing behavioral impacts on the class room environment, strict
policies have been introduced. Social media and bad contents have been considered as the major
reasons behind such negative behavioral characteristics among the students. It has also been
identified that the disrupted behavior introduced by the students has driven the uses of vulgar
language and violent behavioral norms. In the argumentative analysis, it has been identified that
in case of delaying the effectiveness of classroom, the misbehavior of the students has played an
influential role. In such circumstances, necessity for developing decline among the students has
become essential for introducing healthy classroom environment (Eisenman, Edwards &
Cushman, 2016). However, second analysis has clearly shown that only the behavioral
characteristics of the students in the classrooms have been changed after the strict implication of
policies. In this situation, it cannot be assured that the issue has been permanently solved. The

second analysis has focused on introducing an awareness campaign against sexual abuse so that
the sexual transmitted diseases can be reduced.

In the above analysis, it can be recommended that understanding the negative behavioral
causes of individuals, rather than being strict, parents should involve themselves for
increasing awareness.
In order to reduce the negative actions, using proximity can be beneficial.
Increasing discipline in the classroom, different motivational speech can be given by the
teachers.
Understanding the needs of the students is important so that their behavioral aspects can
be clear to the teachers
Different activities needs to be introduced so that positive engagement of individuals can
be maintained.
Conclusion
In this study it can be concluded that introducing healthy classroom culture, contribution
of both the teachers and students is necessary. Based on the above analysis, it can be said that if
the above recommendations can be maintained, it will be beneficial for avoiding the negative
classroom environment.
