procedure(Williams, 2018). The chosen area of specialisation for this report is health and care
trainer. This report include the concept of professionalism and dual professionalism, factors
affecting education, role of stakeholders and many more.

performing my duties related to the health and care trainer, I have to follow the guidelines of the
organisation through applying the code of conduct for the purpose of adding values in the
