Introduction
Every business organisation seeks to manage its business project plan tactfully so that
their company becomes more productive and profitable. This assignment is based on a
successful business project assignment on the corporate social responsibility of a
company. In this regards, Wimpy Restaurant is chosen to discuss all the related to
develop corporate social responsibility. This assignment is going to discuss the aim of
business environment management, its objectives, and timeframes of Wimpy
Restaurant. Different charts and graph show the organisation structure of the chosen
company. On the other hand, questionnaire methods are also used to evaluate the
organisation position in the market. Besides, qualitative and quantitative techniques are
discussed in this assignment to evaluate the implication of CSR or corporate social
responsibility. A social, economic, and environmental effect on Wimpy Restaurant is
also discussed in this assignment. Different kind of decision-making process and their
implication is also discussed in this study. All aspect of corporate social responsibility is
based on the multinational fast food restaurant Wimpy Restaurant, which is a UK based
restaurant. However, this company spread its business in a different part of the UK. The
chosen industry has spread their branches in India, Australia, New Zealand, France,
Ireland, Israel, and South Africa. The chosen firm deals with the production of fast food.

In this part, the discussion is going on the topic of the implementation of corporate
social responsibility on Wimpy Restaurant. This study discusses the aim and objective
of corporate social responsibilities of Wimpy Restaurant. In this regard, the project
manager needs to set some objective to achieve CSR for the restaurant Wimpy. As
mentioned by Wang et al. (2016), in a business environment, the project is defined as
collaboratively, positively involving or individually obtains research design. On the other
hand, project management is described as a combination of different business process
to obtain management objective within a certain period. The project is based on
evaluating the Impacts of Wimpy Restaurant on Roman’s Economy, Society, and
Environment.

Environment. In this regards, the restaurant is emphasis on the implication of corporate
social responsibilities to evaluate its business environment on the Roman economy.
The manager of the chosen restaurant also takes a plan over existing competitors by
using CSR activities. On the other hand, by such practices, the chosen company wants
to promote its new different kinds of fast food in the market of Roman. As mentioned by

A small-scale research is conducted on Wimpy restaurant based on the quantitative and
qualitative technique. As stated by Foote (2015), the most common methods for data
collecting is interviewing, which is focused in the research method. The research is
mainly conducted to meet the main objective of the Wimpy restaurant, which is
implementation of the CSR practices. The interview is conducted between two people,
who are asked several questions regarding the aims and objectives of the company. A
questionnaire survey was conducted in which 20 participants, were asked to state the
answers. Various pros and cons of the interviewing and the questionnaire survey are
held along with a conclusion at the end.
