adoption of the new enterprise system in the organization for the betterment of the company.
This report also carried out the study on the difficulties that are faced while adopting the system
by the employees and also assessing how the successful is the adoption of the new system. The
main purpose of this report is to focus on the self service strategy adopted by the organization
and how it becomes successful for the organization in avoiding its risks and problems. The main
objectives identified by the Wipro or that this new enterprise design will reduce the
administrative cost of the company and eliminate all the process steps, approvals and forms by
