Introduction
Project Management is a term developed to define all the steps and process which are used to manage
and control each and every action taken within any project in order to achieve high success rate for the
complete project instead of the failure of error with the project. It helps in proper planning of the
complete project in advance as well as their evaluation on multiple factors to remove any error or
conflict within the project in advance before actual implementation of the project (Kerzner, 2017). Here,
a project to upgrade the existing wired network with a new “Wireless” network for an organization has
been discussed.
Project scope
This project has been designed and developed in such a way that it will enhance the skills of an
individual to manage and control complete project with proper coordination, planning, and evaluation
for the project along with the estimation of the total cost of new project for the organization which
fulfills the aim of this project.

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
It consists of all the details of different stages of the complete project which plays a significant role in
planning as well as management of different task which needs to be performed at a specific task and
their order in the project. It helps to increase or decrease the costing and resources required within the
project (Robinson et al. 2018). Different stages of the given project for network upgrade has been shown
below:

Estimated time-line
It is one of the most significant parts for any project which needs to be calculated first so that project
planning can be developed in a proper way along with the allocation of all the resources and
management of an estimated value for the cost of the project (Barber, 2019). Here the estimated time
of “53 weeks” has been taken to complete the project with given resources.

Resources needed
It is another significant part of a given project in order to manage all the tasks and stages of a given
project within the given timeline using equipment & tools available to complete the project within the
estimated range of cost. With the development of new technology, multiple applications and software
have been invented to manage resource allocation and their requirement in the project (Aston, 2019).
