Introduction
The Wireless warehouse initiative transforms materials management was improve the
operations and delivery speed by 66%. The Service providers are project management,
vendor management and project scheduling. The wireless warehouse initiative transforms
material providers are provides the high efficient turbine drive gas compression, power
generation packages and oil pumping. The warehouse materials management has several
challenges such as increasing the labour costs and logistics threatening to impact the profit
margins. The company supply chain sector needs to improve the material management to
rising the order accuracy and increasing the material productivity and reducing the overall
costs. It controls the material management issues like shipping errors, receiving errors and
inventory counts. These ar needs to improve the delivery speeds. To resolve these issues to
organization decided to take the SAP integration and radio frequency automation with ware
house to achieve the material productivity and optimum supply chain efficiency. It also
improves the delivery speeds. So, organization creates the project schedule to implement the
RF solution in warehouse material management. These project schedule was created by
organization Project management team. The Project manager can be providing the
implementation of a ware house RF solution. The Project managers are managing and
developing the overall project plan. The Project manager performed the role of system
integrator and project manager and also responsible for requirement gathering, installation of
required software and hardware, systems design, procurement and coordinating the user
acceptance testing. The Project schedule, Network diagram and Critical path will be
discussed in detail.
Task – 1 Project Schedule
The wireless warehouse material management has the various challenges and one or
more issues (Kerzner, 2017). These are resolved by created the new RF solution to implement
the RF solution plan. The Organization team was decided to implement the RF solution by
creating the New project schedule for material management. The Project schedule was
created by the project manager. The project manager was managed and developed by project
scheduling plan. The New RF solutions was providing the high delivery speed and order
accuracy. The Project management overall plan is shown in below.

for material management. The network infrastructure was developed by the network engineer
and developer. It managed by the project manager and system integrator. The Overall
network infrastructure was organized by the project manager. The Wireless network was
install, build and configure the ware house wireless network. The network engineer was
securely providing the high secure wireless network for material management. It was
providing the high inventory accuracy and increasing the productivity. It provides the
significant improvement in overall time to market.
Task – 3 Critical Path in Project Plan
The Project management creating the new RF solution for wireless ware house
